Rhapsody Resort - Official, Gold Coast

I had a fantastic experience at this tidy new resort during my conference stay. The reception was efficient, the staff were super courteous, and my room on the 20th floor offered a stunning view. The facilities like the pool and rooftop bar were a nice bonus. However, I did notice that the check-in area could use more accessible parking, and the lifts were a bit crowded at times, which was frustrating.

I spent two nights at this hotel, enjoying the city view studio, which was modern and well-equipped. The room came with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and parking at a reasonable price, but I found the bed a bit soft and the road noise from the third floor somewhat bothersome. The amenities, including the gym and pool, were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the nearby beach, bars, and restaurants, even though it could be noisy at times.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic with amazing ocean views and easy access to the beach, but my interaction with the reception staff during a lost item incident was far from satisfactory. While the apartment itself was beautifully furnished and spacious, there were some minor issues with the sliding doors. Overall, the apartment was modern and comfortable, making for a memorable trip despite a few hiccups.

Our stay at Rhapsody was fantastic! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, and our room was clean, spacious, and boasted a stunning ocean view. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making our experience all the more enjoyable. However, we were caught off guard by the bike rental fees, which weren't clearly communicated at check-in. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning.
